Processing

All orders are processed + shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.

We are unable to make changes once an order is placed, however if you need a hand, please drop us an email at hello@balancedyou.ca with as many details as possible and we'll try our best to help.

Domestic Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $100 within Alberta. A $15.99 flat-rate shipping fee is applied to orders under $100.

Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times range 3-10 business days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination. 

You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order. The tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.  

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands.

Shipping to the U.S.

We’re excited to ship to our neighbours in the U.S.! Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your package.

To help cover the extra time, care, and materials that go into safely packaging and shipping cross-border orders, we apply a small handling fee of $5 CAD per order.

This fee ensures your order arrives safe and sound—because let’s be real, nobody likes bent boxes or leaky candles!
